To qualify, you will need to upload an official redacted copy of documentation proving FULL CURRENT government benefits showing names of the custodial parent and children listed. (i.e. EBT, medical assistance, TCA documentation etc.)

How are payments set-up?
Payments are set-up automatically as electronic drafts. In accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act, Vigor Financial Credit Academy does not charge for services until they are completed. Meaning, you are on a month-to-month service so you are charged AUTOMATICALLY every month for the completion of your monthly disputes. After your consultation, you can provide us with the date you want your automatic payment to be drafted from your account after your first payment is made. AFTER complete client portal set-up, your first payment needs to be made.
What are the fees?
Our document processing fee is also known as the first work fee. It is the $50 for the standard and single parent packages and a $75 fee for our couples package. The first work fee is separate from your monthly billing cycle and is the charge to set-up your account. Our first work fee is charged immediately after engaging in our program on the day your account is set-up. This set-up fee includes gathering your credit information, analyzing your credit report by assisting you with items you want and need to challenge, processing your paperwork, envelopes, postage and more. This fee is non-refundable.
Our monthly fee is the same every month once your subscription begins. It includes an unlimited amount of custom letter disputes per monthly pull, monthly credit report analysis, monthly updates, and a requested financial analysis.

When are funds drafted?
Funds are drafted after you add your card information via the link provided to you via email after your consultation. You would be entered into a reoccurring monthly payment. You can email us a request to change your billing date at Customersupport@vigorfca.com or through the client portal messages.
What happens when a payment is returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF)?
If a payment is returned and/or dishonored by your bank or credit card company for insufficient funds, (NSF), our merchant will redraft the payment and add a late fee to your account. Our system will continue to attempt to draft your account during a 30-day period until the payment is received. If your payment has NOT been received within 30 days, your account with Vigor Financial Credit Academy will be suspended until new payment arrangements can be made.
If you would like to schedule a new payment date, we need at least 4 business days prior to the next payment.
IF YOU ARE TERMINATED from the credit repair program due to non-payment, you cannot enter the program until 6 months from the date of termination granted you have become more financially responsible.
