Depending on the severity of your credit profile, it can take anywhere from 6 months to 1 year to see graduation from the program. It is imperative that you stay on top of uploading your corresponding letters from the credit bureaus and creditors into your client portal. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) the credit bureaus has 30-45 days to respond to "your" disputed claim. If they fail to complete their investigation, then we continue to dispute different ways until we see a positive affect. If you fail to positively keep up with your current credit accounts while in the program, you will either stay in the program longer or be terminated from the program.
There are no upfront payments from you! You will be set-up with a monthly subscription. Your payments are taken AFTER the work has been completed. To view pricing packages, please click on the "Pricing and Payments" drop down at the top of the page.
No two credit profiles are the same. The goal is to increase your score and have your profile with little to no errors. The increase can be as high as 200 points or more at once or over time depending on your credit profile and how the credit bureaus respond with deletions. We want you to have at least a FICO score of 650+ or better or more than 90% of negative items removed before graduating from our program.
Your credit scores are monitored by MyFreeScoreNow. You are responsible for setting up your reoccurring payment with one of our credit monitoring partners-- MyFreeScoreNow is $24.99 a month. This fee is separate from your monthly credit repair fee. Once you have your credit monitoring log in, you provide us with the email and password used. We then port your credit report through your client portal. We are able to view your entire credit report and then we assess what steps to take to improve your credit profile. If you fail to keep your monthly credit monitoring system, you cannot stay in the credit repair program because it is an imperative tool while repairing your credit.
You are in luck! Because our company believes in helping everyone and breaking generational curses, we understand that not everyone can afford to pay monthly services for credit repair. Our company offers a DIY Credit Improvement Online Course. It provides step-by-step instructions on how to repair your credit, how to build it, how to save and budget after rebuilding your credit. Yes! You will always be updated. With the client portal technology, you will always receive automatic notifications via email when a dispute is done on your behalf. Visit your client portal often to see updates and to receive and deliver messages. If you do not have access in the client portal, please contact us to request it.
By federal credit law, you have 3 business days to reach out to us to cancel your services after signing your month-to-month contract. Because of federal law, your dispute process begins a MINIMUM of 3business days after you have completed your onboarding process and selected payment.
MyFreeScoreNow is another company that we are affiliated with. A credit or debit card is required to start your $1.00 7-day trial period for your Credit Alerts, Credit Debt Analysis, Credit Report, Credit Score, Credit Score Factors, Credit Score Simulator, and Identity Protection membership. You may cancel your 7-day trial period at any time within 7 days of enrollment by calling their Customer Service Center toll-free at 1-888-548-2008 during the business hours listed on the web site and/or on the Contact Us page, or send a letter via US Postal Service to: MyFreeScoreNow Inc. PO Box 4798 Seattle, WA 98194. Should you decide not to cancel, a Monthly membership fee of $24.99, plus applicable sales/use tax, will be automatically billed to your account each month until you cancel.
You can simply cancel at anytime. Your contract is only a month-to-month contract. If you wish to cancel after you have already received services, you will not receive a refund. However, by law, you do have 3 days to "change your mind" about proceeding with our services after signing your contract. However, after 90 days, you are eligible for a refund if work has been done and there has been NO deletions. Please read the bottom of our contract under "cancellation" for more information.
To request a withdrawal from our program, simply send an email to customercare@vigorfca.com or a message inside of your client portal and we will terminate your services immediately and close out your client portal.
